To all our AMAZING Customers:   We have been experiencing shipping delays this holiday season.  This may affect how quickly we are able to get your orders to you.  Please know how important it is for us to make sure that you receive your orders as close to your ship windows as possible.  Our Distribution Center Team is dedicated and working as fast as possible to ship your orders out to you as fast as inventory arrives into our DC!  Thank you for your patience during these busy times! 

*When will my package arrive?

We process orders during normal business hours which does not include weekends or holidays.

UPS will not deliver on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day. UPS Ground will not deliver on Saturdays. Please be aware that December 12th - 17th are predicted to be the busiest mailing, shipping and delivery week of the holiday season for all carriers (UPS, USPS, etc). Please be mindful that weather delays may affect the delivery of your package(s). Contact your carrier for more details.

We recommend that you try to be home for your delivery or have it sent to your workplace. To prevent theft, please make sure that you use an address where drivers can safely leave your package.

*When will my international order arrive? During the holidays, international orders will take extra time to process.

Orders placed during the dates above will be processed once we resume normal business hours.

 

Christmas

Thursday, Dec. 8th

Last day to place your order for INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Outside the USA) via DHL Express. Orders must be placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time). International bound orders placed after December 8th may not arrive until after Christmas!

Friday, Dec. 9th

Recommended send-by date to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail Service within the US. Orders must be placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time). Alaska/Hawaii - we recommend that you place your order by Dec. 9th.

Sunday, Dec. 18th

Last day for UPS Ground delivery within the US. Orders must by placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time).

Friday, Dec. 23rd - Monday, Jan. 2nd

tokidoki corporate office and warehouse will be closed.

Orders placed between 12/23/22 - 1/2/23 will begin processing starting Jan. 3rd, 2023.
