Three Apples is a multi-dimensional exhibition and celebration of all things Hello Kitty running from October 23 to November 15. The celebration, a gift for Hello Kitty fans of all ages, will take place at Los Angelesâ€™ famed Royal/T art space and gallery (www.royal-t.org), a visually stunning and playful, Japanese-inspired art exhibition space, retail store and cafÃ©, located within Culver Cityâ€™s vibrant arts community.
The Three Apples art show, curated by Jamie Rivadeneira of JapanLA, features original work by more than eighty artists including: Gary Baseman, Ron English, Buff Monster, Camilla d'Errico, Luke Chueh, Deph, Amanda Visell, Frank Kozik, Natalia Fabia, Huck Gee, Tara McPherson, Yosuke Ueno and of course our own Simone Legno. A portion of the profits will be donated to LA Works, a non-profit company that creates community service projects.
Simone and Yuko Yamaguchi Hello Kitty's head designer will be making a special appearance from 1 to 2PM and 3 to 4PM on october 24th to launch the exclusive tokidoki for Hello Kitty 35th Anniversary collection which will be available for purchase at the event! For more event information click here!
