2016 holiday shipping image tokidoki 2016 HOLIDAY SHIPPING FAQ *When will my package arrive? There are a lot of things to keep in mind to get your package on time! We process orders during normal business hours which does not include weekends or holidays. If shipping via UPS, please take a look at the UPS shipping map at the bottom of this page to calculate the estimated shipping times for your location. We recommend giving yourself a day or two extra just to be safe! Please note that orders received AFTER 11AM (Pacific Standard Time) on Thursday, 12/22 will NOT be processed until Tuesday, 12/27 (excluding orders with expedited shipping)! UPS will not deliver on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day. UPS Ground will not deliver on Saturdays. Please be aware that December 15th is the busiest day of the holiday shipping season for all carriers (UPS, USPS, etc). UPS Holiday Shipping information is available here. *Can I have UPS leave the package on my porch? We always recommend that you try to be home for your delivery or have it sent to your work place. UPS drivers will use their best judgment to decide if it is safe to leave your package without a signature. You can leave a note on your door asking them to leave the package. It will still be up to the driver, but they will be more likely to leave it with a note. *When will my international order arrive? We ship international orders out via USPS Priority Mail. Please refer to the dates below for guidelines on shipping or visit USPS for more details. Please be aware that tokidoki is not responsible for taxes, duties, or delays due to customs holds. PLEASE NOTE: The following key dates are for reference purposes only and are NOT a guarantee of arrival times. Dates represent transit times after an order is shipped and does not factor in account verifications or carrier delays. *Please allow up to 2 weeks for holiday order processing. We will begin processing orders placed before and during our Black Friday sale once we resume normal business hours after the holiday break. Wednesday, Dec. 7th Last day to place your order for INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Outside USA) via USPS. Orders must by placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time). International bound orders placed after December 7th may not arrive until after Christmas! Monday, Dec. 19th Last day for 3-Day delivery within the US. Orders must by placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time). Wednesday, Dec. 21st Last day for 2-Day delivery within the US. Orders must by placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time). Thursday, Dec. 22nd Last day for Next Day delivery within the US. Orders must by placed by 11AM (Pacific Standard Time). Friday, Dec. 23rd & Monday, Dec. 26th tokidoki warehouse will be closed. Orders placed between 12/23 - 12/26 will begin processing on Tuesday, December 27th. Friday, Dec. 30th - Monday, Jan. 2nd tokidoki warehouse will be closed.
